In order to amplify the range of demolition instruments, we introduced a new versatile product to be used on the same machine with different kits fulfilling several functions. The new product is called the multiprocessor DH, innovative tool-holder that can be connected to various kinds of jaws according to the required work.
Thus we can get a shear configuration for primary demolition of reinforced concrete structures, pillars, attics and building articles, or a crusher configuration with the same functions of the rotating crusher for concrete, for selection or recycling materials. The cutter configuration is able to cut off metal structures, iron rods, beams or iron and steel sheets, or in woodcutter configuration able to cut any kind of wood.
The main characteristics of this new multifunction product are:
modern design and strong machine body;
two big pistons for a balanced and powerful demolition;
hydraulic or mechanical rotation at 360° degrees to enable a better demolition in all logistic conditions;
a single rotating fulcrum with easy maintenance and substitution of tool kits;
steel protection of piston stems avoiding accidental shocks while working;
five different kits of jaws for demolition, for crushing or cutting;
greasing system with a better lubrication of mechanical moving parts;
interchangeable blades on both sides.
After a constant and serious market research done by our technical staff through visiting various yards, a development plan has been created to enlarge the range of our new machines, hammers and shears according to vanguard technologies : thus we reached actually a positive phase enabling us to prepare the prototype of the biggest hydraulic hammer in the world “HP12000” weighing about 12,5 tons that hopefully will be ready on march 2011, with the same principle of our series HP in which our firm is the leader in European and American market.
This new hammer HP12000S has the following technical specifications:
weight : 12.500 kgs, energy class 30.000 J, tool diameter 255 mm, carrier weight from 110 to 200 tons. This model is now in prototype phase being tested on an excavator Komatsu PC 1250 in US and will be ready in march 2011. Our new hammer was born due to the necessity of using huge carriers required on global markets.
