Hammer is one of the few firms in this field, which constantly researches and develops new technologies, new materials, new heat treatment and new demolition systems; this strong point allows the company being leader in demolition area and keeps the excellence that all along is the nodal point of our developing strategy in the international market.

The most evident proof of what said above, is the new series HP, HIGH POWER stands for new series of hydraulic demolition equipment Hammer and resumes the excellent powerfulness, reliability and productivity.

The previous series Normal Line is already known ad appreciated in most markets for its quality. The hydraulic system has been improved with a manual variable beat system; The beat could be regulated through a valve placed on the side of the hammer and is different according to the three hammers range.

The new hammers series HP have specified peculiarities that means advantages for the users:

• Regulating the manual variable beat system the operator can modify the frequency of the beating according to the rock’s hardness. The beat at high-frequency is less powerful than a beat at low-frequency  . The operator so can optimize the hydraulic power of the hammer to the good of productivity, getting a whole higher yield. Introducing the system HP we reached an excellent optimization of the oleo dynamic function that gives a better calibration of the pressure and oil flow of the hammer, increasing the power and the energy class and frequency of our products.
• The special low alloy steels created under a HAMMER’s formula and its steady researching, and produced exclusively for Hammer, prolong the duration of the parts the most important of the breaker. The compounds materials used for the shock-absorbers, the anti-grease system and anti-dust, prolong their duration increasing the resistance to wear caused by the friction between the parts. Obviously it allows the operator the maintenance’s price cut.
• All carriers equipped with Hammer’s breakers profit by its double shocking absorber system; the first one, hydraulic, inside the breaker and the second one mechanical, inside the breaker, contained in the external housing.
• The centred greasing system, improved in the HP version by the adjustment of the pipes and their placement, let the sliding parts greased even when the hammer works horizontally reducing the wearing of the parts and prolonging their duration.
• In working conditions the Hammer’s breakers are less heavy than equivalent breakers; it advantages the carriers and their arms that are submitted to a less stress.
• Hammer srl created a willowy and well-proportioned design that allows working rationally even in hard working conditions as tunnels or narrow and deep trenches.
• The new HP breakers are equipped with a device that nullify the blank beats and this avoid precocious breaks of tolls, retaining pins and pistons.
