The hammer and the excavator are joined by flexible rubber hoses. These hoses are connected to the hammer by one side and by the other side to the excavator by taps of exit and entry, welded to the excavator arm. The connection of the hose to the hammer can take place through nipples and swivels. The entry point is indicated with the sign IN.
Before fixing the tool you should add some molybdenum disulfide grease on its upper part to be inserted inside the hammer as suggested by HAMMER SRL.
Use only the approved kinds of oils for hydraulic mechanism, any recommended oil suggested by the manufacturer of the hammer, or even other kinds of liquids for hydraulic mechanism if authorized by HAMMER.

Control oil filter: the return pipe of hydraulic system should have an oil filter;
Constant control of oil pressure temperature for hydraulic mechanism (not over 80° C). If the tank reaches a high temperature you must install a heat exchanger. Fill the accumulator with nitrogen only and make sure that in the accumulator you should not use other kinds of gas (oxygen for instance). Before opening the accumulator it’s extremely important to make sure that there is no pressure at all through the accumulator screw.
